Chicken Breast stuffed with a block of Swiss cheese, slice of ham, hand breaded and finished with a garlic cream sauce.

Bacon-wrapped Pork Filet grilled and topped with stone ground mustard demi-glaze.
Salmon
Salmon Filet marinated in olive oil and a blend of herbs, pan seared and roasted to perfection with a honey teriyaki sauce.
